Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This policy applies to both physical and digital products, as well as sale items and gift cards.

We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase, as we cannot make exceptions for sizing, change of mind, or customer error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@theonlymatt.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@theonlymatt.shop. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, files, and content are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you experience an issue accessing your digital purchase, please email us at orders@theonlymatt.shop with your order number and a description of the issue so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
